- cf100clunk 4y agoStill using systemd apparently: https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=tails https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=tails A shame that heads development (systemd-free tails alternative) has gone cold: https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=heads https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=heads
- GekkePrutser 4y agoLet me say I'm not a fan of systemd at all, it's one of the many reasons I run FreeBSD on my daily desktop (though not the main one for that matter) But I wonder what the drawback is of systemd in this case. Does it expose vulnerabilities? For something like this that boots a clean image every time I would normally not care about the init system as I'd never interact with it.
