Bernard Arnault Sells Private Jet So People Won't Track Him
- quantified 4y agoSell it to a subsidiary or shell that owns it for the purpose of renting it back to him, or just makes it available, like buying a house through an LLC. Problem solved. It's maybe a business model. Real estate ownership is public, so industries and practices spring up to obscure them. Everything that is valuable and public will eventually have a shell-company veil woven over it.
- Stevvo 4y agoEvery private jet is already owned an opaque manner as you suggest. The twitter accounts emerge when people make the connection between tail-number and beneficial owner when they are spotted with the plane.
- _5uxp 4y agoor just buy/start a private jet charter company so no way public can know where go etc. while making money.
- Iolaum 4y agoPrivate Jet privacy as a Service - if only I had the capital and the connections :p
- __derek__ 4y agoBerkshire Hathaway owns one of those companies.[1] [1]: https://www.netjets.com/en-us/ https://www.netjets.com/en-us/
