Expected by who? Those who have access to private info? As far as I'm concerned, I don't see why I should expect anything less than 100% usage if a vendor does not warn me otherwise, and countries exists where mandatory warantee is 2 years. And that's just about the law. Don't get me started on resource consumption and on my perfectly fine 10 years old computers I'll be forced to stop using soon because of litteral planned obsolecence (of MS, that's another story but a major actor of the computer industry too, and that will yield even more environmental destruction)
