Think of it like this, as long as you are actually providing the value they expected then they wouldn’t be paying for it at all if it wasn’t helping them make a profit (or reach whatever goal they have). So by them continuing to pay and use the system you’re helping them out, and they know it can’t exist if you don’t get paid. I think it’s really that simple.
