Is there a FOSS license specifying royalties? Or maybe dual licensing? FOSS for all "end user" customers. Royalties (or equiv) for non end users repackaging the FOSS as a service. Back in the day, for commercial stuff, we'd license libraries and such. Some had royalties, or were otherwise based on usage.
