i've been terrible with keeping up with my reading goals for the year. i've finished "lost connections" and "the psycopath test" this year (even though i had started reading/listening in 2021). i've found both pretty interesting for different reasons. "lost connections" because it shines a light on some problems and potential solutions related with mental health, and also things we as a society accept as solutions which are actually problematic. not ground breaking at this stage but interesting nonetheless.
the "psycopath test" because i just love the way jon ronson writes these books (so called gonzo journalism).
i'm also just finishing "the hidden life of trees", from which i've been learning some interesting trivia about trees and it has made me pay closer attention to these awesome plants.
