They asked me to sign in to so they could create an 'apple' Administrator account on there to repair the display.
- dijonman2 4y agoI always refuse and they seem to be upset but the repair has always been completed. Apple should be ashamed of themselves.
- viraptor 4y agoYou can always refuse. They have the right processes to deal with that. If they're being annoying there's always "I legally can't due to sensitive data stored on this laptop".
