Briefly and at a high level, I suspect it's ALL farce, on both "sides", and intended to keep everyone frantically over-stimulated while the Administrative State Superiors (ASS) do the actual work of replacing any Rule of Law to which one might point with a quasi-aristocrASSy. Whether the Kumquat Pol Pot, that Tangerine Tamerlane, that Citrus Caesar, Donal Trump is a sinner or Saint remains to be seen.
