Why don't we put some cameras down there and figure out what happened? You see all this tech about wave-based power generation and cameras are ridiculously cheap.
It's crazy that we have 24-hr surveillance on landfills and junkyards but don't consider it important to monitor critical ecosystems.
- smt88 4y agoThere are people with cameras and also billions of data points collected annually by fisheries scientists (both governmental and commercial). I don't know why you assume critical ecosystems aren't monitored. When they impact major industries, they are heavily monitored by multiple governments and hundreds of private entities.
