  They don't complain when they make engineers to work unpaid overtime because of arbitrary deadlines. That's of course is not a wage theft.

But seriously, I don't understand these companies that pay for hours and not results. Manager: I'll pay you a 100 dollars if you get this done in a day Engineer later that day: It's done. It took me 4 hours Manager: Cool, then I'm only going to pay you 50 dollars
