I have no credentials to criticize a study like this, especially since it appears to have been cited by 100+ other papers, but the author seems quite obsessed with the whole idea of its not women who are discriminated against, it's men!" Maybe I'm mistaken about how these studies are meant to be written, but it definitely felt like a very obvious bias. The language was also very "I" centric, which was a word I thought we weren't supposed to use in studies.
