The real screaming would come if either side prohibits Chinese nationals from attending (and paying for) US grad schools.
- jpgvm 4y agoThat may not even be necessary at this point. Chinese nationals I know all went to US/Australia/UK universities but their younger siblings seem to be much more enamored with the Chinese universities in tier 1 cities instead. Combination of growing nationalism and decreased prestige with graduating with an international degree.
