This is a nice idea. I am not seeing the flow of logic here once an asset is sold for monetization. Cruise ships in excellent condition have recently been scrapped because there was no cost-effective use for them. Mexico also recently tried to charter out its presidential Boeing 787 and was unsuccessful. Converting VIP boats / planes for commercial passenger service is usually also too expensive. That $500 million yacht has no viable commercial purpose.
