- trasz 4y agoThis whole problem sounds similar to what was happening with MP3 support some 20 years ago, and as we now know it was all bullshit. And perpetrated by the same parties.
- greatgib 4y agoAgain, software/algorithm patents are not valid in Europe for good reasons. But US hegemony tries to impose it on everyone!
- zoobab 4y agoWait that they replace national courts (that are mostly hostile to swpats) with the Unified Patent Court with handpicked judges. Some of those german judges already said they can bypass the exclusion of "computer programs" "as such", like the EPO has been doing since the mid 80s.
