- pavel_lishin 15y agoYou haven't run into the ones that think that because they shelled out $15, you are their personal butler?
- jamesaguilar 15y agoFrom what I've read, the effect is actually the opposite. If I remember correctly, patio11 had a post a while ago about how his free users consumed most of the support requests. The hypothesis is that giving users one entitlement (free use of the service) leads them to believe that they have access to others (your time).
- kellysutton 15y agoNope. I'm often surprised and thankful about how tolerant they are of bugs.
- rgrieselhuber 15y agoTo second this line of thought, I've noticed that the customers who pay $150 are less likely to think of you as their personal butler than the ones who paid $15. It's a weird thing.
