Juno Tablet: Linux tablet with an Intel Jasper Lake processor for $429 and up
- 1MachineElf 4y agoSo this might be one of the few Linux-centric tablets capable of running Proton Mail's Bridge connector. The Bridge allows for use of IMAP-capable email clients, and it's only available for x86_64 Linux. All of the cool new Arm-based hardware isn't really supported.
- 4oo4 4y agoLooks great but I'm a bit turned off by the lack of keyboard. I know I could just use a Bluetooth or USB wireless one but I think part of me fetishizes having something like an iPad with software I don't hate.
- teleforce 4y agoNot really sure why this amazing Celeron CPU does not caught on and become more popular due to its low power and high efficiency. Mind you these modern Celeron CPUs are as fast as early mobile versions of the first few generations of the Intel core i5 and i7. Heck it can even support up to 64 GB, more RAM than the advertised 16 GB RAM [1]. The high end versions of the Celeron officially can support more RAM up to 32GB [2].
