You're not trained, you're not paid enough to accept responsibility, and it's an idiot thing to do and a shitty thing to put on you. Polish your resume no matter what, because you're working for people who should rightfully make their living biting the heads off chickens out back of a circus tent for a nickel admission fee, not managing anything that matters.
