Counter-point: Ham radio
- AussieWog93 4y agoThe only HAM radio guys I've ever come across (to be fair, as support/sales for a USB Oscilloscope) have been incredibly interested in and passionate about the theory and culture behind citizen band radio. I remember one of the guys, with no prompting, sharing a map with me showing that there was something like a 2 byte/second emergency radio link between wherever he was and Melbourne.
