  Here is a way to capture pages from the browser in Obsidian https://stephanango.com/obsidian-web-clipper https://stephanango.com/obsidian-web-clipper https://github.com/denolehov/obsidian-git https://github.com/denolehov/obsidian-git will help you sync across platforms Obsidian has all files locally so can be read offline I use a mix of tagging and two plugins (dataview and tasks) to accomplish the last one.

  Use Obsidian and MarkDownload in the browser. Alternatively, route your web clippings via Readwise.
