- imwillofficial 4y agoI also exist outside this bubble and in many other bubbles. Of all places, HN isn’t a place where I’d assume I know a given readers social circle.
- jopsen 4y agoSure, there are many different people on HN. But my point was that like or not, HN is also a bubble. If you hang out on HN, you most likely think that technology is fantastic. The only reason we don't think we're in a bubble is because, we're so stuck in the bubble that we can't believe someone wouldn't think that technology is amazing. (okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but HN is still a bubble)
- ggm 4y agoThey did say probably and for the post hoc case which knows they didn't it's hard to believe, but probably on balance, you're right: maybe they should have used maybe?
