The video didn't load, but I think I found it on Youtube.[1] Ducted fans help a lot, plus adding conventional lifting surfaces for low-noise cruise and better range. Ideally you could combine the VTOL and cruise propellers, to avoid big draggy props sticking out sideways in the airflow ala Wisk/Uber (plus lower part count & weight). Lilium[2] is the first player, but I expect other entrants. As one of the 'hapless folks' who's lived beneath a descent flight path, air vehicles should have the lowest noise footprint possible.
