- controversial97 4y agoWhile my first reaction is "well obviously", there are some interesting observations in the paper such as some commercial vpn providers making bullshit claims of "undetectable" while applying XOR to openvpn streams to/from servers in ip ranges that are extensively used for vpn servers.
