- caminante 4y agoThanks for linking. I interpreted the exchange as asking for precision when someone makes a vague statement in the context of a contract that defines things in clear terms. In this situation, the number of grains of sand (N) to make a heap is defined! It's as if the GGP is debating whether N-1 grains can still be considered a heap regardless of the contractual definition. I think that's what the GP is getting at.
