  I'm not in US so can't recommend any particular shoemakers. Google hand made / bespoke / made to measure shoes. Important is to find a shoemaker that will actually measure your foot, not just have you select template and size. Searching for "custom shoes" will not give you shoemakers, but just companies that let you to select materials, soles, colors, finish etc, but do not take into account your real foot shape.
