  What is the bureaucracy for them? Sounds like another bureaucracy that would end up just like the folks they’re policing. Another system gamed, influence peddling and etc .

    They Sunset Commission themselves are also reviewed [1]. FWIW, the reality is that of course while the system is not perfect, pretty much everything is out in the open and reviewed on a scheduled basis.
