  Agreed. I actually liked my colleagues and the occasional company social functions, but only because they were optional. In German, *Dienst ist Dienst, Schnaps ist Schnaps". Work is work, play is play. I get uncomfortable when the line gets blurred because it's rarely in favour of play.
