Emoji only 'old people' use that have Gen Z rolling their eyes
- rossdavidh 4y agoJust checked with my Gen Z daughter, asking her if the thumbs up emoji would be "rude or passive-aggressive". She thought, and said, "not if you were using it". So, I guess, like every single generation before them, Gen Z has learned to detect context and take into account who's using language before deciding what they mean by that.
