I considered it. A couple of things kept me from doing it: 1. 20% of classparrot well-managed will probably be much more valuable that what I can get on flippa right now. 2. The 2000+ teachers on classparrot right now seem to me to be genuinely decent and good people, who are really enjoying the service. A part of me feels very loyal to them, and wants to make sure they get treated right
