Our whole family and extended family only have Android. Our kids all get the free Android phones. As for me and my house, we shall never own Apple products. People can get what they like, but I struggle with the cognitive dissonance of "Everyone should just get iPhones, it'd make everything easier" and "Oh no why is <company> acting evil with their monopoly?!". I like choices. I wish Windows Phones could have stuck around longer. We'll ultimately get what we deserve as consumers. Is it any surprise FB wants to be the Apple of VR? We've shown we like our cozy premium walled gardens and are willing to be abused.
