- to11mtm 4y agoYou don't even have to go that far TBH. I've seen a pattern with some companies where people are afraid to leave, for lack of a better way of putting it, "It's hell but if I leave it will be even more hell for my friends I leave behind." It's often a form of 'trauma-bonding'.
