Agreed, I don't see the harm in programming naked if you want to AND your employer is cool with it. If your employer wants you to show your face, its not some egregious human rights violation. It might be something you dislike, but its a very reasonable request. Just seems absurdly self absorbed and out of touch with some of the struggles of others to act like that is such an imposition. Don't get me wrong. I don't really see the point of asking for employers to be on camera - but theres a million things employers have people do that I don't see the point of - it doesn't make them a violation of your rights.
