Invest billions. Get traction. Establish a moat. Obviously Meta may not succeed. Probably won't succeed. This Microsoft thing will be one of many "throw it on the wall and see what sticks". I do applaud their gumption. And I believe that AR and VR will have a very important role for humanity in the near future.
