I love these devices but the prices are too high. It’s ludicrous to buy a $122AUD device to $20AUD device and more problematic when you need a bunch of them for a device testing farm, which is expensive enough as it is without needing lots of these to more than double the cost. I’m working on converting the firmware of a wireless sd card meant for 3d printers which only costs $25, but admittedly the sdwire would probably be faster for data transfer. One of the many annoying things about embedded work is dealing with stuff like this.
