This is wrong, the civil rights legislation from the 60s is now being used by Asians in current discrimination suits against colleges. The CRM legislation was colorblind, and therefore will be an enduring protection against discrimination towards any group.
- Georgelemental 4y agoThe text of the laws is colorblind. But the institutions the laws created were hijacked by radicals. In the federal agencies, univerities, and HR departments, those who serve the laws and organizations hemselves won out over those who served the ostensible purposes of the laws and organizations.
