SEC Investigates Creator of Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs
- mardoik 4y agoSeems that the SEC is getting its hand into all things related to crypto. Not sure how they'd classify these NFTs as a security, unless maybe Yuga Labs promised owners income. Hopefully they don't regulate the industry to death. However, appropriate regulation could be very good for the industry.
