There is no way the US is going to turn a blind eye to this. Who is this fellow Ian Bremmer? Or EM could be a double agent. I can’t imagine him being allowed to hold on to Tesla or SpaceX or buying Twitter after this. He (and his companies) will be deemed a national security risk now. Point of no return. IF the report is true.

  Getting out of the Twitter deal could be a motive for having done this, aside from the Tesla supply chain dependency. The Tesla board should move on from Musk. SpaceX is not in a good position, because he has a majority of the voting power.

    I will tell you who had a fantastic imagination. Sci-fi writer, Robert Heinlein. And Musk is trying his darned best to be the hero from Heinlein’s Stranger in a Strange Land. (Spoiler alert: no happy ending for him there) Having said that: If I do flex my imagination muscle, I would say that EM would disappear suddenly before the long gnarly arm of the law can catch him. And somewhere in the frozen landscape of Russia, a new country would birth with the blessings of Papa P. Where bears and Siberian tigers roamed, now a shining new city will emerge. This red city would be called Mars. Entirely powered by solar…it was toasty tropical even during the bitter Russian winter. Even Father Frost Morozko can be found lounging outside in Xmas eve. This red city had no cars or roads..only underground tunnels where electric car pods whiz next to container grown food. It becomes a paradise and soon as everyone is clamoring to get in after selling their get away properties in NZ. It’s too boring down there. Why be with sheep when you can sleep with bears. Of course, the currency is Doge and the entire country runs on the blockchain. Don’t ask me how. I know not how..no one does. First only the billionaires start trickling in but soon, everyone wants in.. but NO. Only those who have shown that they can create new generations and deposit heftily in the state of the art fertility clinic will be given visas. And all the children will have the last name of Musk. And everyone lived happily ever after. Sucks to be us. The End.
