It would be an improvement for Twitter to have the option of seeing blocked comments like HN does.
- hotpotamus 4y agoCan banned users still post blocked comments? That doesn't seem like how a ban would work, but the moderation is pretty hush hush, so I really don't know.

- hotpotamus 4y agoTheir platform, their rules. I'm not the biggest fan of any of these companies, but the definitions of free speech and corporate personhood seem to make it fiendishly complex to try and regulate corporate speech; perhaps impossible.
- db48x 4y agoI disagree. Twitter and HN are merely publishers and have no 1st Amendment interest at all. You or I do when we write a comment. Twitter and HN are just common carriers.
