I have an ARM-based desktop PC next to me right now.
It contains an ATX motherboard [1] with a StrongARM SA110 CPU, NVIDIA NV1 graphics card, PCI network card, ATA hard disk. Mine runs NetBSD/cats.

- pabs3 4y agoFYI it was mentioned on the Debian ARM IRC channel that support for that CPU will be removed from Linux in version 6.2. https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc.git/commit/?h=boardfile-remove&id=181d1d9a3446 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc.git/...
- rjsw 4y agoWhat part of "Mine runs NetBSD/cats" was unclear.
- yokoprime 4y agoThe NetBSD/cats part. Also runs.
- magicalhippo 4y agoWhile it might not be relevant to you, it might be relevant to others who might consider picking up the hardware you mentioned. I get that the FYI directed it to you, but given the HN guidelines I read that more as PSA.
