What? She is an elected member of parliament. She is in every way a part of the government. Her role is not reflective of the power she yields but that is a separate issue.
- movingahead 15y agoAn elected member of parliament is not a member of government in India, and I guess, everywhere else. Legislature and executive are two separate parts of a democracy.
