I go on Omegle fairly often and I've seen only one penis in recent memory, I think they've done a great job cleaning the site up and I often have meaningful conversations on there. The idea that someone would seek to monetize the service is abhorrent, I cannot think of a way trying to extract money from people that would improve the UX, nor a way that having that extracted money could then be used to improve the UX.
