It's a blog, but it's not a blog. It has no features except the features it has. It's just for you, but you can publish it online. This idea is full of logical inconsistencies and strikes me as being from someone who has an uncomfortable relationship with technology, writing and social relationships. If you want a blog, have a blog. If you want to write for yourself, use Apple Notes or Obsidian or Word.
