If my French is up to the legalese, this means a French court ordered journalists not to publish further articles from a source. The reasoning being that "possible publication of trade secrets might damage the company".
That seems totally out of line for a democracy.
- matbilodeau 4y agoThey don't understand the trade secrets are actually made public by the leak and the journalists simply report on liberated data. However, since this data is made available by cyber criminals, its integrity could be debated or Reflets could give an opportunity to Altice to discuss findings before publishing articles. Really interesting to follow where this will be going...
