We already know the capabilities of the russian army, why waste money to proof stuff already known?
- londons_explore 4y agoBecause Kyiv claimed to have air defences that could stop these attacks. This proves those air defences wouldn't protect them - the air defences only managed to defend against just over half, which is pretty bad odds if some of those were nuclear warheads.
