What exactly will PayPal charge your card with?
- Battery3942 4y agoAny kind of administrative charges or dormant account fees if they decide to charge them in the future. If I get hit with those I can't even close my account now. There's also the recent backlash on the $2,500 fine issue. I know they removed it but I really don't feel safe with this situation at all.
