To add onto other comments about how strange this article is, the claims regarding CBS are clearly sensationalist. The story is claiming that Amazon is in the wrong primarily for promoting these products on their site. CBS running a story on this, and basically telling the world "Hey, you can buy suicide kits on Amazon", is essentially as bad, if not worse (because they're publicizing it as opposed to just recommending books to people already looking at the product). It's possible a CBS segment could cause more deaths than anything Amazon is doing depending on who watches it. I'd imagine someone at CBS was smart enough to realize this and cancelled the segment.
