I’m one of those people, most of the time - but I’m also pretty engaged in trying to preserve my company’s culture as it grows. I think the key is to make these things available, but not to “push it”. I’m one of those weird people that wants to keep their camera off 99% of the time and am much more comfortable over Slack than Zoom, but I still look forward to getting together with people for a couple of days every few months. Like everything, there’s a balance to be struck here.
