Ok, I can see how that could be the case. What is a better model for cohesion in a remote first workspace?
- dehrmann 4y agoYou chose a model that has a potentially larger candidate pool that attracts people who have other things going on in their lives. That hour you spend on a Zoom happy hour is an hour they're not doing something they actually care about. These are the wrong people for a strong company culture.
