When fans first restored the Lars Homestead exterior in 2012 [1], one of the goals what it should last, but I've heard that people would have been back in May this year to patch it up. The homestead seen in the end of Rise of Skywalker was actually built in Jordan. It was last seen in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series a few months ago, but I haven't seen any evidence that the crew would have actually gone to Tunisia and didn't build sets locally/digitally.
