I believe retailers should be banned from selling suicide kits to minors as a matter of law. I don't however think they should be civilly liable for their products being used for self-harm. Having said that, it also strikes me as a particularly boneheaded business policy to effectively kill off your own customers. At the very least while Amazon is spending millions defending themselves from lawsuits they should be quietly discontinuing this practice.
