I can understand that this was, initially, an unintended consequence of their recommendation algorithm. But when informed of the problem, how on earth can Amazon justify doubling down on this and trying to disclaim all responsibility. At that point, they know that they have been selling suicide kits to children. This surely makes them complicit in all similar deaths going forward, where these suicide kits have been sold on their platform. What a disgrace.
